INDIVIDUALIZED SUPPORT
U.S.VETS Los Angeles Aftercare Program provides individualized wraparound services for veterans who have obtained permanent housing. It is designed to help veterans connect to valuable resources and strengthen the skills needed to maintain and flourish in their homes. Our Aftercare Program includes support in maintaining housing and professional stability, medical and mental health referrals, home visits and assistance with landlord-tenant relationships.
In addition to community-based residential sites, U.S.VETS Los Angeles offers prevention and early intervention services focused on the needs of veterans and their families—all under one roof. U.S.VETS has developed collaborative and coordinated partnerships with a network of agencies within Patriotic Hall and the community at large to advocate and assist veterans with individualized services, legal advocacy, and linkage support to assist veterans in obtaining VA benefits.
