Located in the heart of the Leeward Coast, the U.S.VETS—Wai’anae Civic Center is the only U.S.VETS site in the nation that provides services to both veteran and civilian families. In 2007, the State of Hawaii requested U.S.VETS to extend their program to include the civilian homeless population with shelter services, providing comprehensive care to nearly 200 men, women and children each day.
Veterans and individuals in need of employment assistance or career counseling should contact us to inquire about our career counseling and job placement services.
We provide mental health services that include but are not limited to individual and group counseling, and substance use treatment. Contact us if you need these supportive services.
U.S.VETS — Wai’anae provides wraparound services structured to fit the needs of each person who needs them. Those services include but are not limited to case management, women’s programs, aftercare services, legal aid, life skills classes, parenting classes, and financial literacy classes. Please contact us if you have questions about these services.
With the conclusion of the first U.S.VETS virtual golf tournament this past October, participants will now tune in on November 6 online for the No Vet Left Behind Awards Presentation to see how their team faired against other golfers. Join us as we recognize our sponsors and golfers, and share stories of some of the veterans whose lives have changed because of your support.
